How do you bring Italy to Miami? Whatever the answer is, Alessandra and Zachary have done it. These two college sweethearts met at the University of Miami and traveled the world together. Out of all the places they’d been to, Italy left a lasting impression on their hearts. They knew they wanted to have an Italian wedding surrounded by their closest family and friends. When the pair laid their eyes on Vizcaya, they knew they could make their dreams come true and bring their love for Italy back home to Miami where their love story began. With the help of Lisi Korn, luxury wedding planner, these two were able to transform Vizcaya into a breathtaking home away from home and make their special day one to remember.

Alessandra and Zachary had a quiet morning getting ready with their closest family and friends. She changed into a stunning Monique Lhuillier gown and met Zachary at a corner in Vizcaya for a private first look before the ceremony. We ran around the venue, chasing the light and stealing away quiet moments until the sun set and the ceremony began. Although it was dark, this outdoor ceremony shone in every way imaginable. The majestic lavender canopy, lustrous gold walkway, the candles dotting the aisle, we couldn’t get over the attention to detail Lisi Korn paid to bring this ceremony to life! The two tied the knot, and everyone (including us) got a little misty-eyed. Everybody headed into the reception, and our breath was taken away. It felt like we entered an Italian courtyard! With the cacio e Pepe bar, kissing booth, gelato stand, and luxurious florals, we didn’t know where to start! Everybody danced the night away, munching on Italian delicacies. When it was time to cut the cake, we watched as a team of chefs rolled out an authentic Italian cake they had been preparing live in front of the guests! We loved spending the night with these two in their Italian fairytale in the heart of Miami.
