We’re suckers for a charming, intimate wedding where the bride and groom are the center of it all at the Biltmore Hotel Miami. Lizzette and Michael’s love for each other was clear and it made photographing this wedding so much sweeter.

The bride slipped into her beautifully designed handmade dress at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. All of the hidden corners and hallways at the hotel made for great solo portraits of the bride before she hopped in the vintage white car to take her to St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral where the ceremony took place. If you’re not familiar, the interior walls of St. Sophia, just behind the altar are adorned in colorful religious murals making it feel like the couple was really in a chapel in Greece. The blue and yellow hues made a beautiful backdrop to the wedding ceremony images.

The reception was also held at The Biltmore Hotel where the decor was elegant with a minimalistically chic feeling. The tablescapes had just the right amount of flowers and decor so that the focus was on the guests and their conversations. After the toasts, speeches, and indulging in some of the wedding cake, guests hit the dance floor to celebrate the newlyweds.

From the wedding venue to the understated chic feel of the reception, there was nothing we didn’t like about Lizzette and Michael’s wedding.
