This beachside wedding was so tastefully done. The details were simple and understated but delicate and beautiful. The bride is a graphic designer which explains her great taste. Suki of course designed her stationary, including the ceremony program.  A mini knot adorned the front and read “best day ever” (scroll down to see). There wasn’t a set theme to the wedding which is why I think it looked so wonderful. There were hints of blue adding to a nautical feel.  The florals were delicate and earthy, drift wood was used for the centerpiece.  It all matched but didn’t…if that makes sense. I do love details at a wedding but what I love more are the people. This wedding had both.  Suki and Brian are the most laid-back couples that I have photographed. Suki grabbed an ice-cream cone on the way to the first look, that tells you how laid back she is. They wanted photographs that were true to themselves. All of this had me inspired and looking for fun and out of the box images. Both Brian and Suki’s family were also sweetest as can be. You can see the love and the importance of family. You sensed a feeling that these two families that were joining as one had the same values. It was a true celebration! The afterparty involved inflatable pool toys, lounge chairs, bubbles and more. I don’t have to say much about the celebration part, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.
